Article 147 Violation of invention and patent rights

1. Illegal use of invention, utility model or industrial design, disclosure without the author's or applicant's consent of the essence of the invention, utility model or industrial design or prior to the official publication on them, embezzlement of authorship or inducement to co-authorship, if these doings caused large damage, - are punished by

fine in the amount of 200 to 400 minimal monthly wages, or in the amount of salary or other income of a person serving the sentence for the period of two to four months, or obligatory works of 180 to 240 hours, or imprisonment for the term of up to two years.

2. The same doings made more than once or by a group of persons under a previous conspiracy or by an organized group are punished by

fine in the amount of 400 to 800 minimal monthly wages, or in the amount of salary or other income of a person serving the sentence for the period of four to eight months, or obligatory works of 180 to 240 hours, or arrest for the period of 4 to 6 months, or imprisonment for the term of up to five years.
