1. Disclosure of information comprising a State Secret, by a person to whom it was entrusted or became known under service or employment, if this information became posessed by other persons, absence of features of State Treason, is punished by
arrest for the period of 4 to 6 months, or
imprisonment for the term of up to four years with depriving of right to occupy certain position or be engaged in certain activities for the term of up to three years, or without it.
2. The same doing causing grave consequences is punished by
imprisonment for the term of trhee to seven years with depriving of right to occupy certain position or be engaged in certain activities for the term of up to three years.
