Patenting of an Industrial Property Object in foreign countries
Foreign patenting of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, developed in the Russian Federation, shall be done no sooner than three months after filing the application with the Russian Patent Office.
The Patent Office may in special cases allow to patent an invention, utility model or industrial design in foreign countries before the said term.
